The VRF-Lite test is composed of many serial checks which makes it long. But it is also taking longer due to OCPBUGS-56488.

What is the default timeout for this test? Why not also increase the timeout in the function applyNNCP?

15 min.
This is trying to solve overall test timeout kill like here:
