Adds
--reportflag option to suppress report.Adds
--report-changed-onlyflag option to only report changed fields.Also suppresses WordPress database error notice if table doesn't exist (taken from
db searchwp-cli/db-command#29).Note that skipping if no primary keys needn't be done if doing an "SQL" type search/replace - will do a separate PR for that.
