"package data" reuses type variable

It's an input parameter, but also declared as variable within the algorithm. That's not good.

The term package data now refers to the name of an algorithm, and no input parameter is redeclared within it. This appears to have resolved the issue and can now likely be closed

I'm not sure what makes you say that? Step 3.1 under Text of https://w3c.github.io/FileAPI/#blob-package-data still redeclares type as far as I can tell.

Ok sorry I missed that somehow. type is defined as both a parameter of package data, and a local variable set within the block
