Merge imglyb boolean PRs

The following PRs are needed to make the imglyb project (and therefore PyImageJ) support boolean-type images:

• Add support for Booleans imglib/imglib2-unsafe#8
• Add toNativeBool to allow converting bool imgs imglib/imglib2-imglyb#10
• Support numpy.bool_ dtype -> NativeBoolType imglib/imglyb#19

The former two are on the Java side, and need to be reviewed and merged and released, and then version-bumped here in pom-scijava. A goal is to do this as part of pom-scijava 34.0.0.
