• Update components for ImageJ 1.53d
  - ij1-patcher
  - imagej-legacy
  - imagej

• Figure out why opencsv is pinned to version 2.1 (which doesn't exist in the current GA) despite being 5.2 in pom-scijava
  - This is the limitation of using version properties based solely off artifactId. opencsv < 3 has a different groupId and thus becomes a duplicate entry in the buid.sh, with the first entry apparently winning.
