Review restriction on running ApprovalTests under Windows

Noting this issue which Tatu raised it looks like we should now be able to run the ApprovalTests on Windows. This would be helpful as I sometime am developing on Windows and this would help me to see issue sooner than later.

approvals/ApprovalTests.Python#41 is now closed. You should be able to remove

SeleniumLibrary/src/SeleniumLibrary/utils/types.py
