[`rTexPacker`] Several features not working on Arch+Hyprland / v5.0 (bought), seems to be compiled with Trial Flags

What:

• Dragging in png files doesn't work.
  Dragging just one or many doesn't make a difference
• Loading via Menu: loading a zip doesnt work
• Selecting multiple files via menu doesn't work (could be the filemanager though - never did research, rarely use it)
• Bought version seems to be trial
  This appears when starting from bash without redirection to Background:

edit: It most likely has something to do with the build.
I tried using the windows version with wine and it actually works

@player8472 Thanks for reporting, I'm just working on a new release, I'll review those issues but I'm afraid I don't have an Arch+Hyprland device at the moment for testing... About mentioned issues:

• Drag and drop: It depends on the windowing system, so issue probably related to Hyprland.
• Zip loading: rTexPacker does not support zip loading but I take note as a future improvement.
• Multiple files via menu: Already addressed, also support for directory loading via menu.
• Bought version seems to be trial: The message was some debug info, already reviewed. When you run the UI interface, do you get some trial message or time-limit counter in the right-bottom corner?

Thanks for reporting, I'll try to address those issues for next release, hopefully in a 1-2 weeks.

Not sure where I read about zip loading. I only tried that because selecting multiples failes and I was trying to get some workflow going.

I can test some basic functionality if you want to send me a preview before release ;)
I think arch while being a fringe-setup is probably one of the more popular ones - can't commit permanently though, just on an "if I have time" basis. (have a full time job and am designing a game in my spare time ;))

Additional info that might help:
When I started the first time, dragging in did actually load the default pngs (the ones that are loaded in the webtrial when you open it).
After quit and reload it just stopped doing anything. So maybe it is a combinatory issue.

What makes me think its at least not a pure wayland issue: When I load the win-version via wine it doesn't go into my tiles nicely (which is a wine-issue...) but I can drag from a tiled window manager into it and it "just works".

But I am no expert, just drawing a few conclusions.
