Is there anything to make this more reliable?

Currently, I have to re-launch/reload the browser 50-100 times to get 1 proper launch. I normally get to stage 5, then OOM error, then for many times before that it won't even get to that point. Is there anything I can strip out or change to make this elf-loader more reliable on 1.76?

What would the hosting software have to do with the actual stability on the PS4 side?

Hmm. Definitely have to look into this. Still bugs the heck out of me to not have the exploid load more stable. Currently / Last I checked, I was not sure if this is some fault of my code or simply the exploit. If it is the exploid then the constants could be tweeked. Last I tried, it did not help much.
