Stopp new Folders from Syncing

I get the idea of just syncing for simplicities sake, and I also like that you can excule folders. I got my setup running nicely, I added a folder for direct sync and excluded all others in the settings. now when I create a new folder, I have to redo that.
can you add an option that disables the check for new folders?
would be awesome.
