Add NanoTDF E2E Tests

Add encrypt/decrypt E2E tests like the current CLI based ZTDF tests in the [current workflow](https://github.com/opentdf/java-sdk/blob/cfb2dc8bdf0cc6c3248694ad576bf9a23e2383ef/.github/workflows/checks.yaml#L137-L170).  This may help catch #71  (esp if we need to test multiple JVM combos)
