Missing AUTHORS file in node-19.8.1.tar.gz

node-19.8.1.tar.gz does not contain AUTHORS file in the root of the archive

This file was removed from the project in #46845
Does it cause any issues?

@targos Sorry for not replying earlier.
I'm just building an RPM package for it, based on an older version (19.7.0) and it complains about this missing file.
I removed it from the spec file and got it working.
