feat(ui): add highlights for notes and categories

This PR updates Notes list/navigation behavior and styling to better match the Files app.

Changes:

• Makes category selection highlights use the same blue active style as selected notes.
• Updates active/drop-over category text and icons for proper contrast on blue.
• Keeps All notes selected when opening a categorized note from the all-notes list.
• Prevents automatic navigation jump to the note’s category while viewing All notes.

Extra:

• Adjusts note list row spacing to match Files:
  • removes extra vertical note-row padding
  • adds a subtle 1px divider between notes
