The hosted MCP server no longer ships the
query_docs_filesystemtool. MCP servers now expose only the search tool. This PR updates the MCP documentation to reflect that change.Changes

Searchtool, removing all references to the deprecatedquery_docs_filesystemtool and updating the usage description accordingly.Removes the filesystem tool’s unauthenticated/authenticated rate-limit rows from the rate limits table, and mirrors these edits across the Spanish, French, and Chinese translations.
