build pipeline with file : diabetes_regression-ci.yml failing with error Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

I am running build pipeline with file : diabetes_regression-ci.yml , however, it is failing with following error in Model CI stage
