We are in need of a 5.2 release. I've merged the PRs that I think need to be included. If someone is available to update the [changelog](https://github.com/ipython/ipykernel/blob/master/docs/changelog.rst) for the [5.2 milestone](https://github.com/ipython/ipykernel/issues?q=is%3Aclosed+milestone%3A5.2) in a PR, I can cut the final release.
