cli will not gracefully exit when Ctrl+C is pressed during scan

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Fedora 42
2. Install Node with sudo dnf install nodejs
3. Install cli with sudo npm install -g @herodevs/cli@beta
4. Run hd scan eol
5. Press Ctrl + C

Expected results:

cli gracefully exits.

Actual results:

cli continues running and does not gracefully exit.

$ hd scan eol

Likely do to child process invocation and not forwarding signals. Probably need a trap or something analogous to how Terminus/etc work

on macOS, running on an NPM project, the CLI does immediately terminate for me. I tested in SBOM generation phase and scanning phase. However, I'll note this as a spike to look in to differences in behavior for certain OS and project types.
