This update improves the Code of Conduct article by making it more actionable and easier to navigate. It adds an Accessibility & inclusivity subsection, introduces structured reporting templates for reporters, witnesses, and maintainers, and includes a new Reporting examples section with practical scenarios that clarify what should be reported and what details are useful.
The change also adds a Common violations FAQ to address borderline cases and recurring questions, while tightening the overall formatting with clearer bullet points, better spacing, and more scannable enforcement guidance. Overall, the article now gives maintainers and contributors more concrete guidance on reporting, reviewing, and responding to code of conduct issues.
