Dacpac parsing fails when a Database View has STRING_SPLIT

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Database1
2. Add a Table1 with columns
3. Create a View as follows:
   CREATE VIEW [dbo].[View1] AS SELECT Id, s.Value Schedule FROM [Table1] t CROSS APPLY STRING_SPLIT(t.Name, ';') s
4. Create a dacpac of Database1
5. Ssdt Parser will give a null reference exception

What is the expected behaviour on reference dacpacs? That it ignores or combines found linked resources?

Is the scenario that you have some "common" tables in some shared dacpac? Or do you connect to multiple databases with views sharing tables?

You changed the topic, is that a separate issue, or you debugged further what happens?
