Store token in a dotfile

Envvars are better than cli args, but a dotfile is better.

There should be a common dotfile for all github cli apps .. ;-)

https://github.com/search?q=token+netrc there are two gems about storing it in .netrc . https://github.com/sloria/tinynetrc supports writing to .netrc

There are also quite a few issues about that. divinites/gissues#114 stands out; I pinged the issue creator.

@jayvdb thanks for opening issues and working on this. Unfortunately, given my time, I'm not able to work on this in the near future. Are you willing to take action? I'm happy to review any PRs coming in.

python/cpython#127 fixes netrc parsing, but doesnt add write support.

guyzmo/git-repo#63 was also considering putting github tokens in .netrc, but didnt implement that.

I am still in 'try before I buy' mode, getting a feel for the new-ish github client libraries available.
