add a license

I would like to depend on and contribute to this project but that isn't possible without a license.

It's the very first AllYourCodebase rule, so I almost used it assuming it was licensed under BSD 3-Clause.

What a coincidence. Me too! I just never got around to publishing it even though it is mostly finished. Just some of the dependencies are not ported to the zig build system but that should be fine. I will look into releasing it soon. Perhaps we can combine some of our work on it instead of duplicating our efforts.

@Techatrix @lishaduck I was maintaining a version outside of allyourcodebase since this one seemed broken/unmaintained. I was recently given access to better support things here! In #5 I've added a LICENSE, got builds working on all 3 platforms for Zig 0.15, added docs, and tagged a matching release to upstream libssh2. Closing this issue! Let me know if you run into any issues ❤️
