Summary

This is a hard-cut migration to make agent_name the only agent identifier everywhere.

Removes UUID-based identity (agent_id / agent_uuid) from public contracts.
Makes backend identity name-native with normalization to lowercase.
Applies immutable identifier rules with validation (min length = 10, allowed charset [a-z0-9:_-], / disallowed).
Migrates server, shared models, SDKs, UI, observability contracts, tests, docs, and examples to agent_name.

What Changed

Shared models (models/): identity contract switched to agent_name.
Server (server/): endpoint params, services, schema compatibility, and observability queries migrated to agent_name.
Python SDK (sdks/python/): init/eval/policy/control flows use agent_name; validation and tests updated.
TypeScript SDK (sdks/typescript/): regenerated from updated OpenAPI; generated operation names/paths updated to agent_name; wrapper/tests updated.
UI (ui/): regenerated API types; API client/hooks/pages/tests updated to name-native identity and observability query shape.
Docs/examples: removed UUID identity terminology and updated examples/callsites to agent_name.

Breaking Changes

This PR intentionally has no backward compatibility for UUID identity.

Removed UUID identity fields/params in favor of agent_name.
Agent routes now use agent_name path params.
Observability filtering/stats queries now use agent_name.
