Support 64k arm64 pages for Linux builds

What is the feature you'd like to have?
Basically what the title says

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes if you run it right now jemalloc gets upset

Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
Support use of the system allocator maybe?

Can you share the specific OS + hardware that you hit this on so we might be able to test any changes we make for this?

Updating jemalloc to a version that includes jemalloc/jemalloc@9442300 may be sufficient to address this.

It's Ubuntu 24.04 running on an Nvidia Grace CPU using their 64k page kernels

Thanks for the report. This should now be fixed in builds >= 5.4.9718-dev.
