Timeout spinner should apply current value

Description

When one press Enter to call OK action in the dialog current spinner value can be missed

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open generation dialog, check if timeout in spinner has some value (e.g. default 60 sec)
2. Put focus to the spinner, change text to, say, 2 (don't use Up/Down buttons)
3. Press to start tests generation

Expected behavior

Generation process started with 2 sec timeout

Actual behavior

Generation process started with 'initial' value, for example with default 60 sec
