[BUG] The link is not clickable in VS Code notification

Description
When a notification shows up users must copy and paste the link from it, although could follow the link.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open c-example project in VS Code
2. Use plugin to generate tests
3. Make sure that given notification shows up and the link is not clickable

Expected behavior
The link is clickable or the text is as follows:
Please, install MS Sarif Viewer from Marketplace.

Actual behavior
The link is not clickable
