AssignProcess now throws on failure instead of silently dropping the process out of the job, and the new WaitForNewWordProcess polls until the COM-spawned WINWORD shows up before any throwable operation runs. Removes the doc-dependent ActiveWindow.Hwnd fallback in Launch and adds the same guarantee to RestoreRibbon, which previously had none.
