What is the value from the calculation in-game?
In-game ES value is 6134 (see screenshot 1) with no gem socketed in the body armour.
When a gem is socketed, the ES value falls to 4106 (see screenshot 2), the same value that is calculated in PoB.
It appears that, in-game, the bonus ES from Escape Artist is calculated using the (via Oath of the Maji) doubled Evasion Rating value of the body armour, while in PoB it is treated as 'global base' ES and thus not doubled by the OotM notable.
Doubling the local Evasion Rating value on the body armour in PoB (see screenshot 3) provides an additional 2028 ES, exactly the difference between PoB and in-game value.

N.B: The Evasion Rating value is calculated correctly in both gem/no gem socketed cases.
It is only the ES value that is incorrect.
How to reproduce the issue
- Be a Trickster with Escape Artist allocated and Warden of the Maji with Oath of the Maji.
- Equip body armour with evasion rating (ideally high value, and no +int modifier for ease of calculations)
- Notice that your ES value changes depending on whether you have a gem socketed in the body armour or not.
