Flyway version check: Move from exact matching version to minimum required version

Not all db migrations are relevant for the API. It turned out to be very annoying to need an exact match in the Flyway version.
Instead it would be better if the API internally requires a minimum version.

Question:
Should we compare plain integers here, or there are plans to support semantic versioning as well ?

Currently I see the versions are plain integers, but in the DB table flyway_schema_history, I see that the version column is of type varchar(50) DEFAULT NULL

We will always do simple int versioning.
